NEW NET FACILITY - UPDATE

Dear Parent

As you will be aware the club has plans to install a new three bay practice area that will replace the existing ‘Net Area’ which is now becoming unsuitable for use.

We are pleased to announce that to date we have raised approximately 65% of the required cost.

To help us raise monies towards the outstanding amount required we are planning the following fund raising events.

Race Night (Saturday October 20th) - Supermarket Bag Pack (TBA)

Dates and Venues to be confirmed and to be displayed in the clubhouse and on the clubs website : www.biltoncc.com

In addition Chris Morley, Club Secretary and Under 9s manager is participating in The Great North Run(13 miles) 30th September 2007 - and Chris has very kindly promised to donate his sponsorship money to the ‘Net Fund. If you wish to sponsor Chris you can contact him on Harrogate 503473 or via the club.

If you are able to assist in raising any monies towards the net project, this via supporting or organising events, business donations or individual involvement, please contact Mick Dickinson, Rodney Ford or any club committee member.

We are confident that the new facility will be installed prior to the start of next season. The new nets will greatly improve the quality of our junior coaching activities and help us progress as a club.

Having already achieved ‘CLUB MARK’ accreditation the nets are a vital addition as we seek to become a national ‘FOCUS CLUB’ and enable us to offer our Junior and senior players the very best facilities available
